Pierwsza budowla Mostu Rialto (Ponte de Rialto) stanęła w 1588 roku. Jest czwartą konstrukcją. Trzy poprzednie drewniane mosty uległy zawaleniu. Po obu stronach mostu ciągnie się szereg malutkich sklepików. Most i miejscowe bazary przyciągają tłumy turystów.
